The Bucks County Group of Writers
Founded in 2011 by Julie Greenbaum, The Bucks County Group of Writers (formerly called The Neshaminy Writers' Group) is a writers' group that is open to people of all ages. The only requirement is that you love to write! The group discusses fiction, non-fiction and poetry and meets once a month.
In our meeting, we also discuss writing tips, the publishing industry, and other topics related to the world of writing. We also bring in authors and publishing professionals to talk to the group.
We meet once a month at:
Barnes & Noble
The Court @ Oxford Valley
210 Commerce Blvd
Fairless Hills, PA 19030
*Upstairs in the music section
Our next meeting is: Sunday, January 12, 2020 @ 2pm.
...And mark your calendar!
For our February 9, 2020 meeting, I am happy to announce that Ray Greenley, Audiobook Narrator and Voice Over Artist, will be speaking to our group at 2pm. Ray will talk about what a writer should know if they were interested in having an audio edition of one of their books produced.
After the talk, Ray will take questions.
Local author Maureen Joyce Connolly joined us to talk about her debut novel Little Lovely Things and the book publishing process. Click this link to view Little Lovely Things.
